Billy joined Toward Independence in 2015, inspired by his personal experience caring for his brother with developmental disabilities. His dedication and leadership quickly stood out, leading to his promotion to Program Director in 2017 and Director of Services in 2026.

Billy is especially skilled in supporting individuals with behavior support plans, ensuring they receive consistent, compassionate, and effective care.
