Group employment offers individuals a unique opportunity to gain valuable work experience and develop essential job skills. Through this program, participants are employed by TI to perform services, gaining hands-on experience in areas such as janitorial work, clerical filing, and other areas. These roles can be within TI itself or at other local businesses.

The program is designed to help individuals build confidence and learn marketable skills. Working closely with our dedicated DSPs and Workforce Quality Coordinators, participants will receive training and support to master new tasks. Our ultimate goal is to empower individuals to secure permanent employment within the community, fostering independence and personal growth.
