PROGRAM DIRECTOR - COMMUNITY INTEGRATION & NON-MEDICAL TRANSPORTATION

Sarah joined Toward Independence in 2023 and currently serves as the Director of Community Integration and Non-Medical Transportation (NMT). In this role, she oversees the Adult Day Habilitation and Non-Medical Transportation Services across the entire agency, ensuring individuals receive meaningful support and opportunities for engagement throughout their communities.

Driven by a lifelong passion for helping others, Sarah brings vision, compassion, and dedication to her work, always striving to make a positive impact in the lives of those she serves.
