Beth joined Toward Independence in 2016 as a Home Supervisor at one of the agency’s locations in Darke County. Through her dedication, leadership, and commitment to the individuals and staff she served, Beth quickly became a shining star within the Darke County team. In 2022, she was appointed Program Coordinator for Darke County, where she continued to demonstrate exceptional leadership and a strong commitment to the agency’s mission.
