
ROBERT NOVAK
BOARD CHAIR
Bob was approved as a board member in February 2021. A Chicago native, Bob has lived in Beavercreek, OH, since 1984, and retired in 2017 after a 39-year career at WPAFB. He has a B.A. in Mathematics from Thomas More College and an M.S. in Management Science from the University of Dayton. Bob has extensive experience in Operations Research and Cost and Economic Analysis. He and his wife, Cathy, are empty nesters who enjoy travel. They have two children – Amanda, a 10+ year client/resident of the Jamestown home, and Chris, who works in Sports Management and resides in Columbus, OH. Bob enjoys cooking, grilling, and smoking, and specializes in homemade pizza. Bob is also an avid cyclist, often seen on the multitude of bike trails in the Miami Valley. His other passion is gardening, with an extensive array of raised beds with over 10 varieties of vegetables as well as raspberries and blackberries. A lifelong blood donor, Bob volunteers at the Community Blood Center and is also on the planning committee of the annual Young’s Ice Cream Bike Tour, a ride that benefits four local charities.
