With over 25 years of experience in the developmental disabilities field, Renee brings a rich and varied background to her work. Over the years, she has held multiple key roles, including Direct Support Professional (DSP), Case Manager, and Employee Resource Manager, giving her a comprehensive understanding of the many facets of supporting individuals and staff within the community.

As a PATHS graduate, Renee has honed her leadership and advocacy skills, empowering her to be a strong resource and mentor within the agency. Her commitment to person-centered care and employee development reflects her passion for making a meaningful difference in people’s lives.

Based in Cincinnati, Ohio, Renee balances her professional dedication with her role as a supportive and caring mom, grounding her work in personal experience and compassion. Her unique perspective fuels her ongoing drive to help individuals with developmental disabilities live fulfilling and empowered lives.
