PROGRAM DIRECTOR - DARKE, MIAMI & MONTGOMERY COUNTIES

Billy joined Toward Independence in 2015, inspired by his personal experience caring for his brother with developmental disabilities. His dedication and leadership quickly stood out, leading to his promotion to Program Director in 2017.

Billy is especially skilled in supporting individuals with behavior support plans, ensuring they receive consistent, compassionate, and effective care.

Billy currently oversees programmatic services in Darke, Miami, and Montgomery Counties, where he works closely with staff, families, and county teams to promote independence and quality of life for the individuals we serve.
