PROGRAM DIRECTOR - ICF

Kristin began her career with Toward Independence in 2018 as a Direct Support Professional (DSP), where her dedication, empathy, and leadership potential quickly became evident. She was soon promoted to Home Supervisor at one of the agency’s Intermediate Care Facilities (ICF) locations in Greene County.

Now serving as Program Director, she oversees programmatic services in our ICF settings across both Greene County and Hamilton County.

Kristin also leads a strong team, with two Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professionals (QIDPs) and two Program Coordinators reporting directly to her. She works closely with them to maintain compliance, improve outcomes, and foster a culture of respect and inclusion.
