As Chief Executive Officer, Joe is responsible for the overall administration and daily operations of the agency. He brings extensive expertise in strategic planning, finance, technology, process improvement, and people management.

Joe earned his Bachelor of Arts from IBC in Indianapolis. He is deeply passionate about making a meaningful impact on the lives of both employees and the individuals we serve.

When he isn’t glued to spreadsheets or working alongside our teams, Joe enjoys kayaking, camping, woodworking, reading, and spending time with his children, especially playing with Legos and dinosaurs.
