CINDY SEABOLT

PROGRAM DIRECTOR - GREENE COUNTY

Cindy Seabolt joined Toward Independence in 1987 and has been a cornerstone of the agency ever since.

As Program Director, she oversees programmatic services in Greene County, ensuring that individuals with developmental disabilities receive high-quality support in supported living settings. In addition to her leadership role, Cindy serves as a valuable resource on behavior support practices across the agency.

Cindy holds a B.A. in Sociology and Christian Education from Anderson University in Indiana and brings more than 25 years of experience in the developmental disabilities field. Her deep commitment to person-centered care and staff development continues to strengthen the mission and values of Toward Independence.
