CHRISTY ADAMSON
PROGRAM DIRECTOR - MONTGOMERY & WARREN COUNTIES
Christy began her journey with Toward Independence in 2015 when the agency assumed services from another provider. Her natural leadership, deep understanding of client needs, and commitment to quality care soon earned her a promotion.
In 2019, Christy took on a new challenge as Program Director for Montgomery County, where she now oversees a team of dedicated professionals and ensures that individuals with developmental disabilities receive person-centered, high-quality support in community-based settings.
With a background in the healthcare field that began when she was just 18, Christy brings decades of experience and insight to her work. Her passion for supporting people with developmental disabilities is at the heart of everything she does. She is a strong advocate for independence, dignity, and opportunities for personal growth, always striving to help those she serves achieve the best life possible.
